I’m Amy Jo Teifke, co‑founder of Simply Sold with Brooke & Amy at Roberts Homes & Real Estate. With more than two decades in the industry, I’m dedicated to guiding clients through buying, selling, and investing with clarity and confidence while building strong relationships along the way. My background includes extensive work with listings, first‑time homebuyers, foreclosures, and investment properties, which has helped me develop a patient, solutions‑focused approach to even the most complex transactions.

Real estate is more than a career for me — it’s a meaningful part of my life. I value strong communication, genuine relationships, and creating a positive and fun experience for every client.

On a personal note: I'm a fun-loving, charismatic person with a big heart and passion for helping people and our community. I enjoy tending to my gardens and plants on our 5 acre farm with my husband Nick and our son Braeden (when he can make it home from college to visit!) I also play Mom to a zoo of animals that we have rescued and like to think I'm a professional photographer in my free time. I’m also actively involved in community service, including daily volunteer work with Hope on the Block, stocking community pantries with essential needs.

If you feel we’d work well together, I’d be happy to connect at 920‑251‑2211 or amy@choosesimplysold.com.

Real estate has been my world since 2001, and I’m the kind of realtor who’s involved from start to finish — no hand-offs, no disappearing acts. I listen, I’m honest, and I’ll always tell you the truth (even when it’s not what you want to hear), because that’s how you get the best results. I grew up around real estate — my mom spent over 30 years in the business — so this path felt pretty natural to me. Today, I’m a multi-million dollar producing agent who loves helping people find the right home or get top dollar when it’s time to sell. I take that responsibility seriously, but I don’t believe the process has to feel stiff or stressful.

In 2019, Amy Jo Teifke and I created Simply Sold with Brooke and Amy. This has been such an exciting venture for us! Together, we have over 40 years of experience and realized our goals were aligned and we could be stronger as a team - for our clients and our community. Simply Sold rapidly grew and we are focused on revolutionizing the Real Estate Industry through creative marketing, strong local knowledge, and making the buying or selling process feel clear, manageable, and yes… even a little fun.

I’ve been fortunate to receive The Reporter’s Reader’s Choice Best Real Estate Agent honors and to be featured in Women magazine as one of Wisconsin’s Realtors Who Inspire, but what matters most to me is trust. My clients know I show up, speak honestly, and have their best interests at heart — always.

When I’m not working, I’m a Fond du Lac native busy being a wife to my husband Bob, a mom to my daughter Kabrea, wrangling my four-legged children Willy, Arnie, and Betty or coaching volleyball (which has quickly become my other full-time passion). If you’re looking for a realtor who’s real, responsive, and truly in your corner, I’d love to help.

I look foward to hearing from you!

Rates Still Sitting in the ‘Silver Lining,’ But Future is ‘Volatile’

USA Real Estate News-RISMedia - Thu, 2026-08-20 12:14

Mortgage rates remain mostly better historically as this week and last observed some slight decreases, according to the latest data from Freddie Mac.
